Description 1 unissued condition blade-marked US WWII Imperial M3 trench knife w/M8 scabbard available.  This U.S. M3 fighting knife would make an important addition to any collection. The M3 trench knife is blade-marked ‘US M3  IMPERIAL’.  The M8 scabbard is stamped ‘U.S. M8  B.M.CO.’. The knife’s blade measures 6 13/16″.  This knife measures 11 11/16″ overall.  The pommel is peened, and has the flaming bomb stamp.   CONDITION: The knife, according to Mike Silvey’s condition scale, is in mint condition.  The knife blade shows no sign of use, and has its original unused factory edges.  The blade has only slide marks from being slid in and out of the scabbard.  The handle is perfect.  The guard is perfectly tight.  The M8 sheath is in exceptional condition, and still has its leather leg tie-down thong.     Have a collection of premium World War 2 fighting knives to sell?
