Description THIS IS A BRAND NEW LIFAN 110cc AIR COOLED 4 SPEED MANUAL ENGINE. IT WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH KICK START, GEAR LEVER, CARBURETTOR, BBR MANIFOLD WHICH ALLOWS THE CARB TO BE FITTED STRAIGHT BACK , TWIN FOAM AIR FILTER (RED/BLACK). IT HAS A 5 WIRE STATOR PLATE SO WILL POWER 12v LIGHTS IF FITTED TO A MONKEY BIKE ETC. 4 SPEED MANUAL GEAR BOX N1234 WE SELL THIS IN OUR OTHER ITEMS AS A FULL PACKAGE OR WITH A CARB, ALSO WE HAVE THE SEMI AUTOMATIC VERSION. THESE ENGINES ARE 440mm LONG, 280mm WIDE. TOP MOUNTING IS 93mm WIDE WITH A 8mm BOLT HOLE, REAR MOUNTING IS 82mm WIDE WITH A 8mm HOLE. THEY ALSO HAVE THE 4 M8 THREADED HOLES ON THE UNDERSIDE WHICH ARE 88mm APART LEFT TO RIGHT AND 44mm APART FRONT TO BACK, THESE ARE TO THE HOLE CENTRES. IF REPLACING AN ELECTRIC START ENGINE AND USING LIGHTS YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR.   THIS IS THE SMALLER PZ19 CARBURETOR OPTION. THIS IS IDEAL FOR BIKES WITH LITTLE SPACE SUCH AS HONDA C90 AND MONKEY BIKES. IT IS SUPPLIED WITH A STRAIGHT SWAN NECK MANIFOLD WHICH IS NICE AND SHALLOW WHICH HELPS WITH FUEL TANK/ FRAME CLEARANCE. Speeds were mainly between 43-50mph. It is still as quiet as a mouse and used no oil (I did have an oil cooler fitted). Countries visited, in order, were :- France, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Czech Rebublic, Germany, Austria, Germany and finally France. Was I worried it would make it...YES am I worried now....No. Another Lifan engine also made it, one of your 125 manual clutch jobbies..
