Description GOVERNMENT ISSUED These first aid packets are pressed brass, painted olive green and sealed with a pull tape. Each tin contains one wound dressing. These tins are the 1941 to 1943 issue with sulfanilamide shaker envelopes. One tin would be kept inside the first aid pouch on the pistol belt, and sometimes an additional tin was carried in a pocket. As these are original no two are the same so you may not get what is pictured.
