The Brunswick (Braunschweig) Totenkopf Traditions Badge was awarded in 1912 to the Braunschweigisches Infanterie-Regt. Nr.92, before this it was also worn by Brunswick Hussar Regiment 17 – Cavalry Regiment During WW2 the traditions badge was worn on the front of the cap by units of Infantry regiment 17 and 41’st Cavalry regiment from the 4th Cavalry Division.
